Umbilical hernia at 2 months?

Does this look like an umbilical hernia? It’s changed just within the last 2 weeks. And her bowel movements have changed too, not sure if that related but she’s fine from at least once a day to ones a week. She is exclusively breast fed and gets1 or 2 bottles of breast milk every few days while I’m at work. She’s on the Gerber probiotic drops( because I’ve been on an antibiotic) and has drops/gripe water as needed. I’m not sure if there anything I can do to help her belly button go back to normal or of it’s just a doctor issue that is going to need surgery 😩
