Lost appetite?

Question

Anybody else feel like they just can't eat or can't eat like they used to? It's been almost 2 weeks since I delivered & since then, I'll go get food & sit there & stare at it. And of I do eat, it's like I'll take one bite and be full. And almost this whole week I haven't really been eating... I know that sounds bad, but I can't make myself eat or I'll feel sick.

I didn't get my appetite back until week 3 of baby being born. I think my body and psychy were just going through too much to worry about food.

I'm that way with drinking. I was parched 24/7 while pregnant. Now I have to set alarms on my phone to remind me to drink a glass of water. 😔 constipation is the last thing I need right now.

Iam still pregnant (37w5d) but I feel the same way and have for a couple months now, I literally have to force myself to eat for the baby ! I was hoping it would go back to normal once I had him but now I'm a little worried 😁. Hope both of us get our appetites back soon !!

Im curious if any of you guys that lost your appetite are breastfeeding? Cause I swear my appetite is even more insatiable than when I was pregnant!! 😂😩 Hopefully you ladies get your appetites back though!!
