It was negative 😢

Glow and Ovia both told me to wait another day to test, but of course I couldn't. I've been having mild period-like cramps for about a week now but no signs of AF. I have never ever cramped this much without having an actual period. I swore I was pregnant but I took a digital and it clearly said NOT! Is it possible that I can still be pregnant? Took the 88cent tests from Walmart but I think I put more than 3 drops of urine and the dye spread like crazy so I just tossed it. Just said about the whole situation. :(
