i was doing the ol rubbin one out touched my nipple and felt 2 bumps i freaked out and i felt this? it might be a bug bite but im freaking out

It honestly looks like a pimple. I get them sometimes and there is this white stuff in it. So I dont think you have anything to worry about, but if your unsure I would suggest going to a doctore.
