I am going on day 6 of missed period. All my HPT have been negative and just found out today my blood test from Wednesday is also negative. I saw a small amount of brown spotting this morning and thought it was the beginning of my period. But the spotting has stopped and I have some stomach cramps/achiness on the sides and lower abdomen. Has anyone experienced anything similar to this?
