Need help finding help
I selfishly took myself off of all my meds when I turned 15 (23 now) and I haven’t had any resources since then. I’m just needing some help on where to get started again... Being a minor, everything was put into place for me. Now that I’m an adult, I’m lost as to where to start. Can anyone help me? Where do I begin on where and who to go to for antidepressants? Any help is appreciated.
