Do you only take vitex and maca before ovulation?

I ovulated this last Wednesday, I read some articles that say to stop taking after ovulation and some that say it's fine. Thank you for the help!

Anyone who personally has taken it know if we take through pregnancy if I get a bfp or if you stop after ovulation
