Do you only take vitex and maca before ovulation?

Destiny • Sat, Sep 26 • I`m destiny, my so and I have had two miscarriages and then 1 chemical pregnancy/mc I have a beautiful healthy 4.5year old. My wife and I are trying for baby number 2.

I ovulated this last Wednesday, I read some articles that say to stop taking after ovulation and some that say it's fine. Thank you for the help!
