Swimming???

FTM & I'm 38w4d and we got a pool and everyone but myself has went swimming already. Do you think it'll be safe if I go for a swim? My last Dr appt I wasn't dilated and I go back this friday so hopefully if I can swim it'll help..

My doctor told me that swimming is good. Says it can help relieve pains and it is relaxing

Do it! I have been for the past couple of weeks. I’m currently 38 weeks 1 day. No membrane sweep or anything. I use this as a way to relax.
