Gender guess

Found out that I’m almost 3 months when I went to hospital didn’t know I was pregnant because when I had my pregnancy test back in March they said positive but blood test and pee test from drs hospitals n obgyn said negative I’m 11 weeks 6dats today having hella symptoms never had symptoms with my boys I feel sick as a dog heard the baby heart beat for the first time it’s 153 so I wonder is there any guesses if I would be having a boy or girl I feel like it’s a girl because with my boys I had no symptoms I was fine I ate anything I wanted etc this one I’m sick don’t wanna do nothing being wanting sweets have no appetite etc
