Can you still get your period while pregnant?

You can bleed but it’s not technically your period. I’ve heard anecdotally of people bleeding at the same time as their periods for the first few months.

Short answer: no 
Long answer: the period is the shedding of your uteren lining. However during pregnancy the vulva, the vaginal canal and the cervix become more vascular . (more blood goes to the area) and the skin is more sensative. So vaginal bleeding or cervical bleeding is not uncommon . 
BUT IF YOU ARE PREGNANT AND YOU KNOW IT, GO TO YOUR HEALTH CARE PROVIDOR AND GET CHECKED OUT. 
normally very light cervical or vaginal bleeding during pregnancy is not an issue but can be the result of a life threatening complication. Get checked out. PLEASE.

No but you can spot/bleed. Some people say it’s their period but it isn’t.

A period is the shedding of the uterus , so no it isn't your period. You can have bleeding for many reasons. Spotting is normal in early pregnancy , and heavy bleeding can be the cause of other issues.

I had a normal period Feb and somehow got pregnant while on it. I was amazed and so was the doctors..lolz. I didn't think it was possible.
