8 month sleep regression
My baby boy slept through the night from Christmas up until a few weeks ago when he turned 8 months old.
Now his sleeping is all over the place - the routine has gone out the window and he’s been waking up for 1 or 2 night feeds again.
He also got his first tooth around the same time.
Is my sons routine likely to return? Is there anything I can do to help him get back into his full nights sleep (he’s a lot less grumpy when he slept through)
