39+4 and frustrated

At 38 wk check I was 1cm and 50% effaced. Today I’m 1.5 cm and 80%. Baby girl has been at -1 station for a few weeks so walking is so hard. Don’t get me wrong, so thankful baby is healthy but I’m just feeling so frustrated. Doctor didn’t want to schedule an induction because “she’d bet money I’ll be in labor by 40+4 or 5. But we scheduled it anyways for 41wks.

I am weirdly sad that my baby girl will go from being a Gemini to a Cancer.. I don’t know why but for some reason that’s why I’m so frustrated! I know it’s lame but it’s how I’m feeling 😣
