Constantly crying and fussing!!!😩

Any one else? My son is 7 weeks and If he’s not eating, sleeping, or has the pacifier in his mouth it seems like he is never happy or can just relax. Hates to be put down, only lasts minutes before he starts crying. Doc thinks he has reflux, trying to feed him every 2 hours and keep him upright. It has helped with spitting up some but not the fussiness. He sleeps pretty well at night though. Not sure if he is just colic or do we need to do something else to fix his reflux?
