When to start getting nursery ready?

When is the best time to start getting the nursery ready. Im 23 weeks and i havent gotten nothing but the crib up. When did you start getting nursery together.?

I’m 12 weeks and already have pretty much everything together. I also babysit frequently though, so the nursery is also used for that. I just put more effort into making everything look nice after finding out we were expecting

We're spacing out the large purchases, so it wont be a huge thing at the end. Im almost 17 weeks and we bought a glider. My in laws have ordered her crib. Next month well get a dresser. Small stuff will be later, but for now just spacing out the big stuff.

We are moving this weekend. I’ll be 18 weeks 3 days. Once we get everything settled I’ll be starting the nursery. I want to do it now while I have the energy.

We started to paint and pull carpet at 23 weeks! We wont put in her furniture until everything is finished. I wanted time to change my mind and rearrange without the stress of her coming any day

I never had one. Lmao. Have two girls already and 20 weeks pregnant with my boy and still don’t plan on having one.😂😂 I’ll have a bassinet set up in the living, like I did with the girls, so that the noise won’t bother him either. The girls sleep through almost anything because of it. We could get the dogs braking and going crazy and they will sleep like a champ. When someone knocks on the door the dogs go crazy and the girls don’t budge.

I had my nursery done with my first daughter at 28 weeks. We didn’t use anything besides her closet and changing table until she was 6+ months old, so I got her diapers and clothing ready and will save the rest until she’s bigger. Plus, her room is our guest room, and I like the idea of being able to sleep in there with her (she’s sleeping in my room in a pack and play with bassinet attachment) if my husband works a weird schedule or if we have a situation where one of us needs to not be interrupted.

I have friends who set it up before they hit 15 weeks..  Yet I haven't gotten anything and I'm 24 weeks.  I think the earlier the better as the bigger you get the harder it'll become :)
