Insomnia.
I can’t sleep for longer than 3-4 hours a night. I wake up multiple times, and eventually at 3:30 I end up not being able to fall back asleep. Night sweats also are terrible despite sleeping naked in front of a window and a fan in Seattle. 😭😂
I’m meeting with my doc tomorrow for my first appointment (eeeek!) and am going to ask him about this but was curious if you ladies have any advice?
I was looking up trying melatonin and I’m understanding that it’s safe for short term...had any one heard otherwise? I really just want to sleep.
