Possibly still pregnant tmi (no pic)

I have had mild cramping which is unusual and today when i wiped I had a little very light blood it was darker not red or pink it's only when I wipe and it's barely there and my period isn't due till mon do u guys think there still might be hope. I normally have severe cramps painful. These cramps are on and off barely feel them please help I'm really confused.
