Labor Dilemma

Soooo,we ( as a whole family) have had a very tough yr. My younger brother passed away unexpectedly and shortly after we found out the only way we can conceive for baby #2 is through IVF. Our insurance does not cover the $25,000 procedure. My Mom decided to "donate" the funds to us and she was able to use it as a tax write right off! All my family love in another state and my Mom and sisyer have mentioned flying down for the birth. Both of them stating that this birth is the light at the end of a long black tunnel. My Mom has also mentioned " well I did pay for this baby,im not missing this for anything". So,they want to be here for labor and delivery and since they are flying out stay with us for a week😰This has me stressed,lol! I want just my husband in the room and then I want my family (husband,daughter and baby boy) to have this special time together as we adjust to our new family. Also it took us 10 yrs to conceive this baby,I want to give him the best headstart too life and not expose him to alot of people. My Mom is a total hippy and is not the best hygienic person out their and the honestly has me a bit concerned 😐Please give me advice on how I can mention this to them without offending or hurting their feelings! Also if im being selfish,let me know as well.....
