Gestational Diabetes-HELP

So this is my 5th baby. I had my 1 hour glucose done Monday morning. Welp in all my pregnancies I've never had this and couldn't be more in shock right now. My number was a 209 when it wasn't supposed to be over 143...that was on an empty stomach, with 1 bottle of water, first thing in the morning. The nurse said because of how high it was that they don't even bother with the 3 hour. It's so funny because us ladies being on here know so much and know a good amount of random details about all things pregnancy. Well then it happens to you and it's like wtf, I know nothing. Lol. Well for me right now that's how I'm feeling. I'm an emotional wreck over this and just want some positivity and any of the good recipes/diets that were enjoyable for y'all. Not gonna lie I'm super sad about the no carbs part. It is really hitting me hard right now.
