Constipated after anal?

Give me tips friends! 
I feel like I always get constipated after anal... only done it 4 times though.. like my body is scared and freaks out from the motion and decides to not poop for the next week 🙄 or messed up my pooping schedule.

So TMI coming up, but for me personally, IMMEDIATELY after anal, I have to go. Supposedly semen is a diuretic, but I don't know how true that is if it's a suppository and not ingested 😅 Anyways, for a day or so after though, I feel super stopped up. I think part of it is your anus is more open than it normally is, so it just seems like you're constipated. If you're worried, ask your doctor. Hope this helps!
