Would this be wrong?

My (now ex) boyfriend of 3 years has an identical twin brother. My ex boyfriend and I broke up because he was very mean and abusive to me. He has borderline personality disorder and depression and can’t regulate his emotions. Anyway, I have started to fall in love with his brother. He does not have all of the issues and we have such a strong connection. He asked me out on a date. Would this be wrong?

It’s a big world lol lots of people out there.
I feel like this just asks for drama.

Would it be wrong? I mean, yeah probably not the brightest idea. But, is it LOVE? If it’s REAL LOVE and you think it could truly go somewhere maybe you just have to take a leap of faith. You have to live your life for yourself sometimes. But, I wouldn’t go causing a rift between brothers unless I thought maybe he could be THE ONE. Maybe hang out platonically and really give it time to see how it progresses? Good luck!

I would be scared if your ex had those issues 😬 (as in will he get angry and do something crazy?) does he know you and his twin are hitting it off?

I think it’s weird because they’re identical twins... like I couldn’t get past them looking the same especially if he looks like my past abuser. But yes, that would cause major family issues I would say.
