Panic attacks
When I don’t eat for over 2 hours, it feels like my body is going into panic attack mode. My heart starts beating fast. I can’t think and start feeling light headed. When I eat, the feeling goes away, and I get calm again.
Before I got pregnant, I was doing OMAD regularly for about a year. I don’t have any health problems.
What the heck is going on? Does anyone else feel like this? I hope I don’t develop GD or hypoglycemia.
