My husband and I told our son (8) and daughter (6) that we’re having another baby. My son looked at my stomach and declared that he didn’t believe it and wouldn’t believe it until the baby gets here. He’s adamant that we are pranking them. My daughter is beyond excited and is “checking” on the baby multiple times per hour throughout the day and mostly refuses to be more than a few feet away from me. These are pretty much the reactions that I expected.
