Painful cramps

I have such painful cramps that come in waves. My hips calves lower back and spine where I got my first epidural hurt so much. My labor and delivery hospital said they don’t care about cramps they only wanna know about contractions which is the tightening of the stomach. I was induced with my first. I’ve been cramping for two days. Cramping have gotten way more painful. They basically said to not go in for cramps. I don’t know what to do to ease the pain.
