Does anyone else’s belly look like this when they use their abs?

I had a 6-pack before pregnancy,  and my abs look like this when I use them to get up.  As far as I know, my body is perfectly healthy and I don't have any signs of complications. Hope that puts your mind at ease!  If you're concerned though, ask your doctor.

Contrary to what some have said it is NOT a hernia and it is called coning.  It is VERY common with women who workout through their pregnancy.  As you get further along different things will cause it.  It is best to avoid it as it does, like some people said, contribute to diastasis recti.  When you are working out, I HIGHLY recommend doing so with just your sports bra on so you can see what does it to you.  Just recently I had to stop rowing, doing full dead bugs, and athletic burpees.  My Birthfit coach is sooooo watchful of the 6 of us pregnant at our CrossFit gym right now and this is a constant topic of conversation!!!  Look up coning and get educated... and while you’re there also look up functional progressions... these help your pelvic region and core prepare for birth and repair after birth in a way that is healthy!!

I definitely dont think it's a hernia or the ability separation they're talking about. If it was an absolute separation youd be able to feel a space between your stomach and it doesnt look like there is one. All abs seperate in pregnancy it looks completely normal to me.

And if your in the process of getting up or leaning back it tends to do that. Nothings wrong

Yes it’s a hernia❣️ my doctor said you can have it removed tho after baby is born if you don’t plan on having more kids
