Should I tell my other managers I'm pregnant?

So tomorrow (6/14) I will be 7 weeks. Yesterday at work, 6w5d, there was an incident that had never happened before. I was at work and started to feel like I might pass out. I work as a customer service rep at bed bath and beyond. I walked over to the walkie (2 feet away), to call for backup (I was in the middle of a transaction with a customer) because I thought I just had to go to sit down or something, and I was the only one at the desk, so I couldn't leave the desk unattended. On my 2 foot distance trip back to my register, I felt extremely weak and my vision started to black out, and I collapsed. I breathed a little until I could see, and while literally on my knees, I handed my customer her receipt (why I cared so much about customer service at this exact moment I have no idea). My coworker saw me on my knees with the receipt (I think she saw me go down) and asked if I was okay, to which I said "no" and just fell back to floor. (Also lol, the customer had no cares about me collapsing, only that I hadn't put her items in a bag yet.) My coworker rushed to get my manager. When my manager came up, she asked if I was okay, and I proceeded to throw up in the service desk trash can. She asked if she should call 911, and I said no. She sat on the floor with me and whisper asked me if I was pregnant. I nodded cuz I trust her and I couldn't really brush off my throwing up in front of her. She promised not to tell anyone.

My question: I have 4 other managers at this job, and I also work a second job. Because I almost passed out and threw up immediately following it, should I tell my other managers I'm pregnant just in case something like that happens again?
