having a bit of a dilemma here. i started a job in jan/2019 and it's such a great job. it's what i love doing but there's a problem. my boss/owner of the company has been making unprofessional comments about my appearance (telling me i'm so so beautiful and none of the other women in the office compare) as well as trying to get physical (as far as giving me tight hugs). I've told him multiple times that it makes me uncomfortable and it's not right as he is married (i've also never kept any of it going and speak up right away) but he refuses to stop, so i've decided to move on a start over somewhere else in a more professional environment. I just don't know if i should tell his wife before leaving or just leave without saying anything to her. What should i do ?

*He knows it's wrong since he says "We don't want my wife finding out about how i feel about you and you having to lose your job"
