I’m a mom with 2 kids, and I work in daycare.

We’ve been having a biting issue, maybe you’ve seen my other posts...but the mom of the kid who says her son is in “danger” and is being “neglected” decided to call CPS on us and now we’re being investigated. I’m pissed off. We have nothing to hide. We have cameras that are available to the parents to access at real time whenever they please throughout the day. Every injury was reported immediately and tended to properly. The only reason he’s been bit numerous times is because he gets in everyone’s space and steals toys. I cannot predict when a toddler is going to decide to bite. We’ve had one specific biter who has been shadowed and not kicked out, but now it’s multiple children biting this kid.

I don’t want any record being established for me. I didn’t do anything wrong. The owner should have removed the initial biter from the facility, but now we’re getting in trouble for it. I put my 2 wks in a week ago, but now me leaving during this will look even worse.
