weaning from exclusively pumping

since day 1, i’ve been feeding my LO expressed milk and supplemented when necessary. my supply has always been on demand and never extra to build up a stash.

i’ve slowly been dropping the number of times to twice a day (morning and night) and he takes a formula bottle before bed. he’s now 3 months and i’ll be going back to work in 2 weeks in a new position that involves spending the day in my car. i’m debating if i want to completely stop and just formula feed him for convenience or still pump and give him at least one or 2 bottles of expressed milk.
