I might just be crazy ?

I am on cd 37 and my breast are sore on and off during the day for the past week , I have been extremely tired I have no energy, I am having backaches , and my bloating is making HUGE (my boyfriend even said something which he never does). I have also been having a stuffed nose & sneezing on and off for days also . i has some cramping a couple of days ago and thought my period would come soon after. I took 2 test and they were negative . I do have PCOS & Endometriosis and I was wondering if that could affect being able to detect it with my urine ? I also could just be paranoid ?
