How do you get your body ready for pregnancy?

We’ve been married for about 2 wonderful weeks, and decided to start TTC in about a year. But, we stopped using condoms after we got married... still pulling out and trying “not” to get pregnant yet (but I have baby fever and got my fingers crossed for a happy accident 🙃)

Anyway, in the meantime before I get pregnant I’d really like to do everything I can to prep my body to be a good home for Baby! I stopped drinking alcohol a couple months ago (cheated a little with a couple drinks on our honeymoon but I’ve completely quit now), I’m cutting back on caffeine and sugar, trying to be a little more active (going for walks and doing yoga).

How else would you guys recommend getting healthier and prepping your bodies before you’re pregnant?
