AMH Level
Sorry for this long post! I’m just impatient and stressed out! Okay, so I have NOT been diagnosed with PCOS. I have been TTC for 1 year and 4 months. I don’t ovulate on my own. I went to an OBGYN for a year and they never told me anything was wrong, just gave me clomid to make me ovulate (which it did work). I recently started seeing a fertility specialist. My husband and I just got all the diagnostic testing done. They posted results to his semen analysis and my blood tests on an online portal, but we had to make an appointment with the doctor on 6/18 to discuss the results (today being 6/13). Well they sent me an email telling my husband his motility and morphology are low and he needs to come in for a testicular ultrasound. They sent another email through their portal telling us both we need to make an appointment. I tried calling, but it was the end of the day and I couldn’t talk to anyone who would be able to give me answers. I know i can wait until the day I talk to my doctor, but I’m also concerned with my AMH level. My blood work shows my AMH is 11.69 ng/mL. I looked on google (I know I need to talk to the doctor, but I’m just impatient 😩) and google showed a high AMH level to be 5-7 ng/mL through several different sources. Does anyone have any input on what your levels are to be considered high or to have PCOS? Or if being on clomid affected your AMH? I was last on clomid the beginning of May and my levels were tested 6/5. Sorry if I rambled or if I’m being confusing! Thank you for any input!
