Herpes?

So I noticed these 2 marks on my bottom lip this morning after playing a soccer game in the sun. I thought maybe it was a sun blister on my lips because I know that has happened before to people. This night after I asked my father what he thought about them he possibly mentioned herpes. Got a little freaked out just because I’ve been fairly careful about hookups. Did some online research and none of the pictures that come up look like what is on my lip. I’m still paranoid, but want an outside opinion.
