Butterfly feeling TWW after IUI

Took trigger shot on Sept 13 and did IUI on Sept 15. Taking progesterone from IUI and today and yesterday Ive felt like there are literally quite large butterflies flying around in my stomach. It tickles and Im camping also. Reeeally uncomfortable. Im supposed to take preg. test Sept 30 but has (of course) tested already (BFN). I know it might be to early and I know my symptoms may be from the progesterone but its so frustrating. Anyone else in my position? Do u recognise the "butterfly feeling"?
