Anyone awake that can help??

Question

Im 10dpo. I cant sleep, my chest is burning, my stomach is growling, i feel nauseous, my nose is stuffy?? Any ideas what could be causing this so late? Possibly sick or sound like pregnancy? None of this happened with my 1st 4 years ago.

That's what made me check except I slept for like 3 days all day then up at night. Felt like I had a bad cold but I knew it was something else at 11 dpo I checked and got my bfp. Good luck !
