Does it sound like he liked me

Sophomore year this boy kept staring at me and his friends would tell me he likes me, he would also follow me around the school at lunch Trynna talk to me alone. When I text him he said he doesn’t wanna talk to me, (and I got my sister to message him on snap and he says he doesn’t know me) his friends would always show him my posts. This year he’ll hug his friends in the hall then whisper to them “she saw that” (Bc I posted something saying a girl don’t want a guy who hugs everyone in the hall) and he would say I’m one of his friends girls( that’s also what his friends would say about me and him last year) His new gf and him would also laugh at me in the halls and in the beginning of the year he would sit behind me and ask ppl what I’m doing on my phone. He also has a big ego and sometimes act like I’m not there. Also in the beginning of the year I would go to the bathroom with my friend to talk and he’ll follow us there.

It’s weird to me Bc since now he had a gf why would he be so worried about me? And he says he doesn’t like me but he does all of these things to get my attention?
