20 weeks woke up in pain in the middle of the night???

I had a really sharp pain starting from the top of my belly button that went almost to the center of my chest. It hurt so bad it woke me up. Also have almost a like a knot in between my belly button and chest? Anyone else experiencing stuff like this? Should I be worried??

No don't be worried , i had almost same pain in which i couldn't even move ..its contractions and pretty normal unless you had bleeding or excessive discharge

Hmm. At 20 weeks your uterus is like right at your belly button. So maybe it was your muscles stretching?? Did you bleed?
