Is this a miscarriage??! 😰

This came out of me 2 days ago. I have no idea what it is and can’t stop thinking that it might’ve been a miscarriage. It was about 4 inches long and looked like it had veins. Can anyone offer some insight?

I started my period on the June 5th, it started out light and just got heavier as the days went. 2 days ago (same day this came out) my cramps were so painful that I was up all night and the pain only got better after this came out.
