I blame myself. I took my Paraguard out in late May, I had had it in for 8 years. Now my doc said it couldn't have possibly affected me but I feel otherwise. Just like i felt like i had PCOS nd told my doc i wanted to be tested for it but since i didn't have diabetes he assumed i wouldn't have PCOS but i told i wanted to be tested anyways. Nd guess who was right, me! I was diagnosed with PCOS at the beginning of this month. I had my first child when I was 17 years old, I'm 25 goin on 26 in December. Been TTC for 4 months now. The only time my periods were irregular was when I had my IUC in but when I took it out they went back to normal finally. Up until this month. Last week I was suppose to get my period, nothin. I think I was pmsing... I spotted a day then nothin. Took 2 test Wednesday nd Thursday, negative. Took another one about an hour ago, still negative. I started takin meds this month for my PCOS nd I'm wondering if that's what is messing with my period. I'm takin Phentermine(weight loss) nd Metformin. If I'm not pregnant then wth??! Before I was diagnosed I would blame myself nd gettin diagnosed with PCOS just proved to me that it is. I see pregnant ladies everywhere. Cute lil babies everywhere. Everybody on fb is gettin pregnant. Its like ughhhh. I got pregnant like nothin back in the day but now when I'm tryin to get pregnant with the love of my life, I can't😢 I really didn't get to enjoy my first pregnancy just cause with the guy I was with. He changed when I got pregnant, nd I was alone most of the time. But now I have this amazing husband nd father to my daughter nd I can't even give him a baby. Ughh great now I put myself in a mood 😒 I seriously need help, if any of y'all ladies have PCOS nd is takin Metformin has it changed or stopped your periods?
