HCG BETA and ultrasound

So I went to the doctor Wednesday and they did a HCG BETA and an ultrasound and only saw a sac, the doctor said I looked to be about 4 weeks, but I got my HCG BETA results back and they were 2,111. I’m kind of freaked out, because anything I see online says a normal beta should be under 500 for 4 weeks.... what does this mean??? Has anyone else been this easily along with extremely high HCG BETA results?
