Perineal tear & iodine after birth
A question for those momma's who tore while giving birth - were you given povidone/iodine to use with warm water after every bathroom use? If so, how long did you use it for? My doctor didn't tell me how long I needed to continue using it.. I gave birth last Friday, so it's been exactly a week since I've been using it.
