dog vaccinations before i give birth?

im 36 weeks so my baby girl will be here soon...ive had my dog for 7 years already...so obviously hes part of the family...any shots he should get before i bring baby home??

If he isn't up to date rabies and distemper parvovirus vaccine. Also dewormed. If offered also a leptospirosis vaccine. 
Vaccines should be done yearly. Rabies is required by law the others are optional. However I wouldn't eve skip distemper parvovirus vaccines. They need to be done every year to continue protection. Both are very deadly.

I read somewhere- and my vet also confirmed - that dogs shouldn’t wear the flea / tick collars around babies. We usually have one on from April till October and do the flea treatment once every three months. This year our flea collar will be off from July, so instead we’ll be getting monthly flea treatment (all other vaccination and de-worming is up-to-date). And as it’s been already mentioned, we’ll also get our pup groomed well...just in case. Oh and we got him vaccinated against Lyme disease too - but we do it anyway to avoid the risks.

I made sure he was up to date on all shots but also had them run a fecal test to make sure no parasites

Rabies if he isnt current also parvo shot but usually they get it as a puppy so ur dog may be all set

Just their regular shots.  Call the vet to see if they need any.  Also, give them a good scrubbing! I just took my dogs to get groomed so there are gross when we bring baby home because I know they’ll be super curious.
