How many Braxton Hicks are you getting a day?

Today at the dr I had one and she made it seem concerning and said to call if I ever have more than 3 in an hour?

I’ve been getting them consistently since 20 weeks. My doctor said it’s normal , if concerning drink a ton and try a hot shower! They should slow down or go away. I have a tendency to get them on days I do too much. Take it easy and good luck

I’ve always been told to call if I have more than 6 in an hour. But follow her instructions of course. Make sure you’re staying hydrated! This is my third pregnancy and I don’t even keep track of how many I get in a day 😅

I have probably about 5 a day, but never more than 2 or 3 in an hour.

I haven’t gotten any, just dealing with pelvic girdle pain...which is super annoying.

I was having them a lot in the beginning of the second tri, but now that I’m a week away from third tri, not at all 🤷🏼‍♀️
