Anxiety during pregnancy
Since i was 14, i was diagnosed w severe anxiety, depression, hypocondria, ocd n panic disorder. Ive been to the ER n all EKGs come back normal, CT scan is normal n chest x ray, plus normal blood work. My heart rate is staying between 109 and 160. Is that normal? Itll race n then when I realize when its high I try to calm down. Usually works. Rn its staying between 120 n 130. No chest pain. But this is irritating me. Is this normal? Should I worry? If it was artial fibrillation would they of caught it?
