Vibrators don’t work for me

I got a vibrator wand somewhat recently, maybe late last year. I’ve tried masturbating with it quite a few times, fantasizing and everything, but it hasn’t gotten me off. I really want to be able to orgasm from vibrators so I don’t have to rely on showers to masturbate anymore. I usually use the shower head and it always works wonders. Any tips?
