Period
So I was supposed to start my period today, I thought I did but it was just spotting, and it was brown/pale pink. No blood when I wiped or peed, my back hurts like crazy, I’m nauseous and I’m also exhausted! And I have the same “cramp” in my left side wtf is this please helppp
