I would like to start using a menstrual cup (currently I use pads) but I have some hesitations:.

1- I never put tampons and I don't want used them.

2- I don't know if I would be better to take the diva cup in size 0 or 1 (knowing that jao 18 years and 0 is for teenagers, but qie my rules only lasts 4-5 days)
