Miscarriage?

It seems like everyone has had a miscarriage and is carrying their rainbow baby, which is a big blessing. But since i never had a miscarriage before It’s very worrisome. Because it seems like you have to go through a miscarriage to then have a successful pregnancy. Is there anyone on here who hasn’t had a miscarriage before? I’m praying

I haven’t. Lots of people don’t but you have to remember that miscarriage is quite common (one in 5 after a confirmed pregnancy). There are also a lot of people here who have fertility issues and is support for people having miscarriages and rainbow babies here so you’ll hear a lot about it here so it’ll seem like it’s even more common than it is. Just because something happened to someone else, doesn’t mean it’ll happen to you but of course miscarriage is common unfortunately x

I’ve never miscarried and I’m 12 weeks 6 days. It seems like a lot on groups like here unfortunately, I experienced the same feelings. I recommend reading up on these statistics or talking to your doctor.

Miscarriages occur 1 out of 4 pregnancies, so unfortunately they are common. While I’ve had two missed miscarriages my sister is pregnant with her third healthy baby (33 weeks) and she has never had a miscarriage. Everyone is different and while it is a legitimate worry/fear that doesn’t mean it will happen to you! I know plenty of women who never had one!

No not everyone has miscarriages. You don’t have to have one to have a healthy pregnancy after.

Miscarriage has been happening since the life of humans existed. I haven't dealt, but I have friends and family who have. Nothing to gloat about.

I’m 35+4 and this is my first pregnancy! 
Unfortunately miscarriage is fairly common and effects a lot of women. 
It’s really difficult, I know, but try to trust that your body knows what it’s doing and keep positive that everything will be fine.

I have a 11year old son and suffered a mmc back in january. Really never thought it would happen to me tbh. And i never realised how common they actually were. I am currently 14+5 and in all honestly its shaken the shit out of me. I know people whos had non and has a few kids. And then others whos had a baby..then a mc then a baby etc.

I had a miscarriage with my first. The doctor I had my miscarriage with (not my current doctor)-  told me that most women have a miscarriage the first time around because their body doesn’t know what to do. He said by the second time around your body is more like “okay so I kinda know what to do now” and then it grows a baby. I don’t know how accurate that is but it seems to be true with a lot of people .

I’ve had one full term baby, and am currently 30.5 weeks pregnant with my 2nd baby.
I’ve never had a miscarriage.
Miscarriages are SO common, that doesn’t mean that you have to have one before you have a successful pregnancy though.
