Yes. I grew up in a Baptist Church & I accepted Jesus into my heart as a young teenager. It was after that that the Holy Spirit really started convicting me in life. I didn't always fit in with people because they would partake in things I was never comfortable doing, or going places I wasn't comfortable going. I had fun in ways a lot of my friends didn't -they thought they had to pull the guys or girls, smoke, drink, have tons sex, cuss people out just for the sake of it, sneak out of the house, disobey their parents’ rules and instructions, lie, be sneaky, listen to aggressive music, etc. & I just never felt okay with any of it. I found fun in other ways. I wanted to be accepted and I wasn't perfect, so I did get involved in some uncomfortable things just for the sake of being accepted by my "friends”, and even in my disobedience to God's Holy Spirit, He still covered me. I later rededicated my life to Him and was about to stop attending church because some people in church were horrible, rude, manipulative, hypocrital and hateful and I didn't feel I needed to be at church to serve God. Not if that's what "His people” were like. He led me to the church He felt was best for me to be at with loving and supportive people. Made me realize who His people REALLY are like. He kept me and my family covered and brought us out of homelessness, infertility, being utterly mistreated and betrayed by those who were supposed to have our backs. B/c of Him I've blown Drs away because I have defied "normality” with my medical conditions -what the devil meant for evil, God turned around for my good. He taught me how to love and have patience and peace in the midst of turmoil; He taught me to forgive - He helped me to love & forgive my rapist from when I was much younger. Only God could change me in such a way and I praise and thank Him for always being with me even when I felt He wasn't; even when I was bitter, suicidal & lacked faith in Him,& for always covering me & my family 💞🙏

Yes bc he saved me when I was in some hard times and my step dad always asked him for signs and he got into a car accident with his truck full of scrap and the only thing that fell out was a bible. He helps me through my life days after day and even when it gets rough or I'm being stubborn he still loves me and forgives me.

I used to be a Lutheran Christian for years, but it didn't click with me. Sure it was near learning about the deity, but it's just as fun learning about all deities. I later identified as atheist and in the past year I opened up to LaVeyan satanism which focuses on one's own happiness. LaVeyan satanists are often referred to as atheistic satanists because they don't believe in ANY gods, Devils, Angels, or demons. 
To keep my reasoning short, I couldn't bring myself to follow something that has killed so many people, and faith in an unproven deity over faith in tangible science doesn't sit well with me.

For a long time I didn't believe in God. Then some personal things happened. I probably should be dead, but on the worst of all occasions I survived. Something bigger and greater than I am supported me, and gave me strength. I felt like I was spared a young death.

I don't believe in God in the sense of bibles and church service being needed. I believe that by being greatful to be alive, and trying to be a good person is what is to be expected of us. God is suppose to be love, so love is devine. Showing love is as good as prayer in my books.

Reading the responses so far, I don't know how to vote. It sounds like we're answering about some"one" specific, and if the question is that, then probably no. I believe in God, but in significantly reworked way from the traditional Abrahamic language, and it's not exactly a cognitive belief. It's a spiritual grounding.

I believe in him. He's as real as my Goddess and all the other deities. I just don't worship him.
