Excruciating sharp pain!

I woke up in the middle of the night last night and had sharp stabbing pain in my lower right stomach/abdomen. I do have a large fibroid in that area so I thought it was either just gas or fibroid pain. But this pain is different then any pain I’ve felt so far, every which way I move it kills. It hurts to pee it hurts to press with my fingers it’s very tender. I tried stretching that area as I was advised this may help and it didn’t do anything.

Has anyone had experience with this? I’m in tears over here this pain is unbearable! I’m currently waiting for triage to call me.
